Quality of Connections: Pre-application Survey
Introduction
Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks Transmission (SSENT) is committed to providing a high quality service to all our connections customers.
Our service is designed to support customers throughout every stage of the connections process from the pre-application stage, right through to the energisation stage and beyond. To ensure our service continues to meet the needs of our connections’ customers, we will be conducting short surveys among customers at common milestones (e.g. pre application stage, project development stage, delivery stage etc.) during the connections process.
The feedback we get from these surveys will be invaluable in terms of highlighting the positive aspects of our service as well as, more importantly, those areas of service where we need to do better. We want to hear about your experience of doing business with us and to use this feedback to make your experience better.

As a customer at the pre-application stage we would like to invite you take part in a short survey. Please be as honest as possible in your response. Remember that there are no right or wrong answers.
