You've run your survey. Send us the data - Excel, CSV, SPSS (.SAV), or almost any format, and we'll turn it into a clean, professional set of crosstabs.
What you get: Typically, one table per question, with banners of your choice (demographics, key questions, segments). We handle summary tables, grids, NPS scores, mean scores, significance testing, weighting, and more. Output in Excel or PDF - or as a self contained interactive database so your end client can build their own tables and filters, no specialist software needed.
How it works: Send us a tab spec and we'll build to it. No spec? We'll produce a sensible first set of tables for you to refine. Our industry-leading software means fast turnaround and consistent accuracy — we do this every day, so there's no learning curve and no surprises.
Coding: Our experienced coders handle open-ended questions — using your code-frame or designing one for you. Coded data comes back in Excel with serial numbers and verbatim responses for a full audit trail, or merged straight into your data file ready for tabulation. If AI has done your first pass, we can review, refine, and finish the job.
Data-entry: We key paper questionnaires — readership surveys, mixed-mode projects, and more — and can merge paper and online data into a single clean file.
